Energy

In the Sultanhisar GPP project, we carried out special engineering studies for the unique operational conditions of geothermal power plants. The cable trays we produced using 316L quality stainless steel around the steam injection lines serve without corrosion even in environments with 98% humidity and H₂S gas. While providing stability in temperature fluctuations up to 150°C with our special heat insulated designs, it can easily adapt to the expansion needs of the facility thanks to its modular structure. By providing a reliable infrastructure at the heart of power generation, we support Turkey's green energy goals.

Energy

In the KPS-54 Power Plant Ship project, we used CuNiFer alloy cable tray systems specially developed against the corrosive effects of the marine environment. Produced in accordance with IEC 60092-3 and DNV-GL standards, these systems are 100% salt fog tested and designed to ensure the safety of the cables even when tilted at a 15° angle. Thanks to their special coatings resistant to ambient temperatures exceeding 45°C and 95% humidity in the ship's generator room, we guarantee the continuity of power generation even in the harshest sea conditions.

Structure

In the 1700-bed student dormitory project in Aydın, we used B1 class flame retardant cable ducts in accordance with EN 13501-1 fire classification. We created a functional infrastructure with our special polymer-coated systems that are resistant to high humidity rates in the common kitchens and laundry rooms of each floor, and by choosing silent and aesthetic-looking ducts in student rooms. Thanks to the flexible joint systems we developed in accordance with the earthquake performance criteria of the dormitory buildings, we have ensured that energy distribution continues uninterrupted even in possible seismic movements.

Transportation

In the electro-mechanical infrastructure of Çakraz Tunnels, we applied hot-dip galvanized cable transport systems in accordance with IEC 61537 and TS EN ISO 1461 standards. Our special epoxy coated ducts, which are resistant to 85% humidity and salty air conditions inside the tunnel, maintain their performance even in temperature fluctuations between -20°C and +50°C. While keeping the safety of tunnel users at the highest level with the IP68 protection class waterproof ducts we developed for emergency exit lighting and fire detection systems, we have achieved a transportation engineering success in the challenging geography of the Black Sea.

Industry

In the Muş Sugar Factory project, we applied special PVC-coated cable transport systems that passed pH 3.5 acid resistance tests in accordance with IEC 61386-21 standard. With our composite materials resistant to 90% humidity and 45°C temperature in the sugar crystallization section, we offered corrosion-free performance guarantee even at the most critical points of the production lines. Thanks to the antistatic and dust-proof duct systems we developed for the refinery section, we minimized the risk of explosive atmospheres and created a sugar production infrastructure that is both efficient and safe.

Health

In the electrical infrastructure of Ankara Sincan State Hospital, we developed solutions specific to the critical safety standards of healthcare organizations. Using EN 61537 and ISO 9001 certified cable trays with antibacterial coating suitable for hygienic environments, we ensured uninterrupted energy distribution in vital areas such as operating rooms, intensive care units and imaging centers. While minimizing signal interference in medical devices with our specially developed electromagnetic shielding systems, we kept patient and personnel safety at the highest level with our fire-resistant and smoke-proof designs. In this project, we carried the responsibility of building a reliable healthcare infrastructure that contributes to public health.

Water and Wastewater

In the Pazar Drinking Water Treatment Plant project, we applied 400 micron thick double layer epoxy coated cable tray systems in accordance with ISO 12944-6 C5-M corrosion class. With our special composite materials resistant to aggressive chemicals in the chlorine dosing units, we ensured that the plant has a maintenance-free electrical infrastructure for 25 years. With our ANSI/NSF 61 certified materials used in high pressure environments where reverse osmosis systems are located, we have made a technical contribution to the water safety of the region by offering safe solutions that will not affect the drinking water quality.

Other

In the electrical infrastructure of Balıkesir New Airport, we developed engineering solutions specific to the high security and uninterrupted operation requirements of airports. With our cable transportation systems made of special materials that are EN 61537 and ISO 9001 certified, fire-resistant and smoke-proof, we ensured safe energy distribution at all critical points from runway lighting to baggage systems, air traffic control units to terminal buildings. We added value to Balıkesir's aviation infrastructure by supporting the airport's 24/7 uninterrupted operational performance with our alloy ducts with high impact resistance and maximum resistance to corrosion.
